Our group fitness classes offer coach-led instruction over the course of each 1-hour session. Regardless of the workout programmed, all weights, intensity, and mechanics can be scaled to fit the experience and fitness levels of any individual. In this way, our classes are truly open to all fitness levels, whether beginner or experienced, and our membership ranges from grandparents to competitive athletes.
Each class follows a planned progression that includes a guided warm-up, followed by skills-based movement instruction and a demonstration of the workout. A certified coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
Workouts are constantly varied, and it is rare to see the same movements programmed back-to-back. This constant change in skills lends itself to helping our members become strong, well-rounded athletes, by practicing and implementing a wide range of functional movements that carry over into their everyday.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
